THE SOCIAL SOCIETY was created by Caroline Bracero, a decades-long mentor and internship program leader in healthcare IT.
After years of guiding students and professionals through the transition from classroom to career, Caroline saw one truth repeat itself — technical skills open doors, but human skills keep them open.
The Social Society was built to bridge that gap. It’s a space for learning, confidence, and connection — where people can develop their interpersonal skills and presence needed to stand out in any professional setting.
